Keyboard Shortcuts for Horizontal Divider

Hi,

I use the horizontal divider quite often, and find it cumbersome to always type out the 3 dashes that converts to a divider.

Is there a keyboard shortcut, or a way to configure a keyboard shortcut to easily create a horizontal divider such as:

• Cntrl + Shift + L or
• Cntrl + Shift + H or
• Cntrl + L

Something that makes it easy for me to access commonly used functionalities such as creating a divider.
