How to bind primary key and deletion from a database row to the binded document?

The way I want to interact with my notes or documents are via a database, but I encountered two problems:

1. When I change the primary key field in the database row, it doesn't update the document name. I want this to be bidirectional. Is this possible?
2. When I delete a database row, it doesn't delete the binded document. I want this to be bidirectional as well. Is this possible?
