I am on a Mac OS using the current beta version of SiYuan (Version 3.1.25 1) and it does not respond to the Cmd + or Cmd - to increase or decrease the font size of the user interface excluding documents. It is painfully small to read them and on mobile devices it is challenging to select the icons due to their minute size. Would love a way to increase the sizes.
