bazaar.b3logfile.com appears blocked when running from AWS

Hi,

I am trying to get plugins, but the UI always hangs. Looking further, I found this in the logs:

E 2024/11/01 10:31:37 package.go:698: get bazaar index [http://bazaar.b3logfile.com/bazaar/index.json] failed: Get "http://bazaar.b3logfile.com/bazaar/index.json": net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

I run siyuan on an EC2 instance, and I get the same result with curl. It just hangs.

So I'm wondering if there is an IP block against AWS?
