I'm interested in getting my seat at the lifetime subscription. But I'm not sure, if I understand it correctly. At the PRO Features it says "Pay once, use for life", but at Subscription it only says "Seats are limited". Is this tier also a one time Payment but with extra features, or do I need to pay $148 more than once? I'm especially interested in the Sync feature without setting up my own cloud storage.

As far as I have understood it, you pay 148$ once for life. Once all seats are sold this plan will turn into a subscription with recurring payment.
The current lifetime subscription does not need to be renewed after purchase.
