Soft line breaks not working on windows

Hi there.

SiYuan is a remarkable tool and it has improved my workflow tremendously.

However, I noticed that v3.1.18 (win x86_64) broke the soft line break shortcut (SHIFT + ENTER).
Now, I just get regular line breaks, which create a new block rather than add a new line of text to the same block.

I reinstalled v3.1.17 and soft line breaks are working fine.
