how do I import ... anything?

how do I import anything?

I tried:

drag and drop files from my laptop - doesn't work
drag and drop folder from my laptop - doesn't work
searhcing for import option in menu - there is only siyuan .sy.zip option
compress folder as .zip - and upload - doesn't work
compress folder as .sy.zip - and upload - doesn't work

super confused. help.
