How do I import stuff I've exported from Notion into SiYuan?

I've exported the markdown from Notion but SiYuan keeps telling me it's not a valid .zip archive??? How do I fix this? Is there any way to export from Notion and import to SiYuan? I'm a little inexperienced in this kind of stuff
