VSCode style split-view mouse behavior for (left-right) tabs

Mouse clicks in Split-view in VSCode allows two behaviors:

1. Double LEFT mouse clicking ACTIVATES and enlarges e.g. left-side tab, while shrinking/reducing right-side tab simultaneously. Double LEFT mouse click again DEACTIVATES this feature.
2. After activation in step 1, Single LEFT mouse click in editor, either left or right side, enlarges that particular size while shrinking the tab-side that was not clicked. This can go back and forth during ACTIVE state until DEACTIVATED

Why useful: It temporarily allows focus to a single side without need to manually resize with mouse.

Personally, i would add another alteration. In vscode the size is fixed (even if moved with mouse it resets to fixed enlargment/shrinkage), if possible improve it so the after double click, user can manually decide the amount of enlargment/shrinkage, so it remembers that amount of designated split.

As in VSCODE, also siyuan allows multiple splits (e.g. 3 or more splits) both vertical and horizontal. The enlarge-tab (a.k.a. the focus tab) should work in either direction, ideally if feasable to implement.
