Daily Doc functionality questions

Is it possible (or possibly on the roadmap) that I can do the following with daily doc.

As a sidenote, I only have 1 daily doc in a notebook and not a single other one in other notebooks.

On startup: load $TODAY daily doc.
Have a 'scrolling list' of daily docs for easy browsing of other days. Like LogSeq daily journal view.
