Help with parent-child outliner links to other note

Hi! I was wondering if it is possible to obtain a result similar to the one Logseq has, where a block inherits the note links from its parent block.

If that is not possible, could it be added, or at least have the option to use an sql query to find, for example, from all the references to a project note only the ones that have a parent block, at some level, referencing a "meeting" note (in daily notes, for example)
