Telegram bot to post into SiYuan Inbox

Coded a small telegram bot for myself, I chat with the bot and can send her Links or Texts which then will be posted into my SiYuan Inbox via API.

If the content is a valid Link it will parse the link content and try to summarize a concise summary using OpenAI same if the text I post is > 128 chars it will add a summary block and choose headline accordingly.
