v3.4.2 will not sync on Windows

I get a sync error on startup and when I do a manual sync, the erorr message state something about and "invalid region". I downgraded to 3.4.1 and no sync issues.

      Try using us-west-001 as the Region ID.

      It appears this error is not coming from the SiYuan application itself; please check your plugins.
