Is there a way to resize the interface?

The icons of the tool bars are very small in desktop and mobil apperience as well. Specially in my tablet, I hardly can tap on them.

I've tried so but it didn't work (it worked on other app though, but it increaces the text on the document, not the interface)

This keyboard shortcut works on the desktop version. If it doesn't work on your tablet, you can submit an issue to check.
