PC Desktop and Android Sync - Out of whack

Running both software at the same time, real time.

PC Windows v3.0.4
Android 13. v3.0.4

Both have sync enabled on Siyuan server.
Enabled cloud sync: Yes
Generate conflict documentation when syncing conflits: Yes
Cloud Sync mode: Auto (every 30 secs)

I was typing on desktop PC and it doesnt sync to my android app and vice versa.
Doesn't sync in 30 secs or whatever.

Also, the android app doesnt sync properly.

I tested this scenario.

Desktop PC:

I hit sync both and seems like one overtakes the sync. I hit sync button for both.
Seems like Desktop PC overrides the sync and becomes boss.

In my android app, it will show

Instead of

Where the X gets removed? In both Desktop and Android App. It is not bidirectional sync and does not produce conflict documentation.

Lucky I did a test run as I was gonna go full bottle to migrate from my other note taking software.
Feeling very unease.
