Better PDF Annotations

During my studies and working a lot with PDF's I've noticed the following:

• The resolution of pasted pdf annotations are lower if the pdf view itself (size of window) is smaller. It would be nice if the resolution is higher, eventhough maybe the window size is relatively small.
• Another great addition could be if rectangular PDF annotiations could be resized once created.
• Maybe it is possible to not only color code the annotiations in the PDF but also have the pasted annotation show the same color? This would make having different colors in the first place more meaningful for researching or learning.
• And lastly, If there are mixed horizontal and vertical pages, rectangualar annotations sometimes can't be bigger than the vertical page (probably a bug?). Meaning if there are horizontal pages maybe it is not possible to create a full size rectangular annotation.
