Using images as options in select/multiselect?

Hello! In database, is it possible to insert images in select/multiselect? For instance, i want to use diagrams/photos as my choices. If not, please consider this as a feature request. It'll be absolutely useful if someone want the options to be visual instead of just using texts.

The Select field can only use text, adding other value types is not being considered.

Perhaps an Asset field would be more suitable for your situation.
