Fold/expand arrow menu icon unclickable when editor window is narrow

Version 3.8.0 (dont know if still applicable for new version 3.8.1, yet untested, but will do so for an update here)

When the edit window is narrow, menu with arrow icon (▶️) is unclickable, because it dissapears before mouse hover can capture it
