Why not fast filter option for main document body window?

I use a lot of unordered lists outlines. A lot of times I want to search for a word and see all the context around these words. The ctrl-f document search take you off the document body and returns a lot of information in the search box results. It's overwhelming. Why not filter function for the main document window like you have for backlinks and mentions? Overall I don't like the search function design, it's a lot of distraction and not easy to find fast what you are looking for
