Quick insertion of a child block

How is it today?

If a block...
A) ... has no child(or children):

1. Ctrl+Shift+A
2. Tab

B) ... has child (or children)

1. Expand (if collapsed)
2. Go to the end of the block
3. Enter

Improvement proposal

1. Just press Insert key (cursor is anywhere in the block text).
2. Block is expanded (if not already).
3. New empty block is created (and this new becomes the new first child)
