Copy (Duplicate) only the structure of a table or column

I think it's not possible yet. Is that right?

When I use the copy or duplicate command, both previous and new databases point to the same data.

Is implementation of structure-only copy in the roadmap? If so, for the short or medium term?

A similar request would be to allow copying of the structure of just one column (to a different database). Or, alternatively, enable the creation of a set of column and/or database templates.
