I'm getting the same error on iOS with v3.1.21. But it seems like v3.1.22 is not yet available for iOS? Do you know when it'll be available? Thanks.

If you can’t update it for now, you could try temporarily changing the “https” to “http” in the endpoint. If that still doesn’t work, then I’m not sure what else to do.

Changing the https to http does not work. It gives the error message:

The network connectivity verification of the cloud storage service provider is abnormal, please check the network configuration (Provider: S3) v3.1.21

Reverting back to https gives the error message

Sync failed: operation error S3:GetObject, https response error StatusCode: 400, RequestID: c9645b17fb50a2d2, HostID:aYIM36mUEZb80UDNBMng2iGEBY1piA2Yq, api errorInvalidArgument: Unsupported header 'x-amz-checksum-mode' received for this API call.(Provider: S3) v3.1.21

Everything was working fine until v3.1.20.

Is it known if v3.1.22 fixes all this and when it'll be available in the iOS App Store? Thanks.

I'm not sure when the iOS app will be updated.

Hello, the iOS App is still under review. If everything goes well, it should be available within the next two days. Thank you.

If you are currently using v3.1.21, you can try changing https to http in Endpoint, and it should be synchronized normally.

@88250 changing https to http does not work because it gives the error

The network connectivity verification of the cloud storage service provider is abnormal, please check the network configuration (Provider: S3) v3.1.21

I changed the endpoint url from https to http and we TLS Verify to "Skip". Is there anything else I should change?

If changing from https to http doesn't work, you can try installing the TestFlight beta version: https://testflight.apple.com/join/BBLHMJ4g
