sync fails after updating

Sync failed: Unable to access data due to configuration error. Please check the settings and cloud storage permissions (Provider: S3) v3.1.21

      If you can’t update it for now, you could try temporarily changing the “https” to “http” in the endpoint. If that still doesn’t work, then I’m not sure what else to do.

      @88250 changing https to http does not work because it gives the error

      The network connectivity verification of the cloud storage service provider is abnormal, please check the network configuration (Provider: S3) v3.1.21

      I changed the endpoint url from https to http and we TLS Verify to "Skip". Is there anything else I should change?

      This issue has been fixed in v3.1.22.
      Some S3 providers are not available · Issue #14053 · siyuan-note/siyuan

      I'm not sure when the iOS app will be updated.
