It mentions "feedback" but doesn't specify which type.

If this is indeed the right place, how should we mark/tag posts accordingly?

For now, https://github.com/siyuan-note/siyuan/issues may be more suitable, because LiuYun currently has a small number of users, and the Issue cannot be widely evaluated by the community.
